What is a CBD card?
The Georgia Low-THC Oil Registry card allows patients to legally purchase and possess up to 20 fluid ounces of low-THC oil (no more than 5% THC, equal or greater CBD content) for therapeutic use.
Understand Qualifying Conditions
Patients or caregivers must have one of the 18 state-approved conditions, including e.g.:
- Cancer (end stage or treatment-related)
- Severe or end-stage HIV/AIDS
- Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), Parkinson’s (advanced)
- PTSD (for adults)
- Seizure disorders
- Intractable pain
